By using Elite Brand Systems' websites, portals, or admin tools, you agree to these terms. These terms are maintained by Elite Brand Systems and are not a substitute for a signed statement of work.
Elite Brand Systems designs, builds, and operates personal brand websites, portals, and admin systems for public figures and organizations.
Deliverables, timelines, and fees are described in each package and finalized in a signed statement of work.
Invoiced fees are due on the terms stated in the statement of work. Late payment may suspend service.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain rights to underlying frameworks, templates, and tools used to build them.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, Elite Brand Systems' aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
